Children's Educatinal Allowance
The Children's Educational Allowance (CEA) is a benefit provided to government employees to help offset the cost of their children's education.
✅ Eligibility

Applicable to Central Government employees.
Also applicable to Central Government employees on Deputation or on foreign Service

Allowance is granted for up to two children.

In case of a third child due to the birth of twins after the first child, or failure of sterlization of first instance, the benefit can be extended to all three.

Also admissible on leave or under suspension but not admissible for period of dies non.
